Efisiensi Multi akad Murabahah dan Rahn Pada Produk Mulia Syariah Ultimate di Pegadaian Syariah (Studi Kasus)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contract system applied in the MULIA Syariah Ultimate product at Pegadaian Syariah Bogor Baru Branch, which implements murabahah and rahn contracts in gold installment financing. The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on the efficiency of contract implementation based on DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010. The results indicate that the execution of contracts in the gold installment product complies with the fatwa provisions, in which the selling price (tsaman) remains unchanged even if there is an extension after the due date, and the gold purchased on installment is used as collateral (rahn), without being traded or transferred in ownership before full payment. Thus, the contract implementation at Pegadaian Syariah Bogor Baru Branch reflects adherence to sharia principles and the prevailing fatwa.
