The aim of this research is to determine the Islamic business ethics applied by the canteen managers and those in the trading business in the canteen of the Al Minhaj Shahabah Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. In this research, the techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data reduction process is carried out to simplify the information collected so that it can be processed more efficiently. Afterwards, the data is presented in an easy-to-understand manner to facilitate further analysis. The analysis method uses a checklist matrix, which helps in evaluating compliance with certain criteria. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews, ensuring the information obtained was accurate and relevant to the research objectives. The results of this research show that canteen managers have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics well, such as integrating elements of da'wah in business operations, not prioritizing profits alone, and treating business partners fairly. However, in practice, deposit trading businesses do not fully follow these principles. This can be seen from several violations such as not complying with agreed policies, inconsistencies in the size and dosage of products sold, as well as excessive use of oil in the production process.
