Penetapan Upah Guru Taman Taman Kanak-Kanak Raudatul Athfal Rahmatullah Tolitoli Perspektif Hukum Islam

The purpose of this research is to understand the Islamic legal perspective on the etermination of salaries for teachers at TK Raudatul Athfal Rahmatullah Toli-Toli. This research falls under the category of field research with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained directly from informants through interviews and observations, employing non-participant observation to describe the phenomenon that has occurred through reduction, display, and verification. Salary determination varies for each teacher based on their highest education level, position, and seniority. When compared to other units under the foundation, this is consistent. From the principle of benefit, it does not cause harm to either party, and from the perspective of Sharia economic law, it is valid as it fulfills the conditions of ujrah. Thus, it is legally valid and permissible. However, from the standpoint of wage regulation, it is not yet appropriate according to government standards, as the salaries received by the teachers are still below the regional minimum wage (UMR).
